Book Review : The Mars Conspiracy by Dr. Razi

Have you ever thought about the origin of human life? Have you considered the possibility that we might not be the only planet with life in the universe? Or questioned the ancient rituals surrounding Egyptian pharaohs and their mysterious burial practices?

Well, if these questions bug your curious mind, then this book is definitely for you. "The Mars Conspiracy" by Dr. Razi is a thriller based on the traces of life on Mars planet, aliens visiting Earth, crop circles found in different parts of the world, Egyptian mummies, and a rebel Pharaoh whose name was erased from history until they find the tomb of his son, Tutankhaten, and match the DNA of both mummies. Sounds exciting, right?

Now let's talk about the book. The story starts in the present timeline with the sighting of a weird creature in the remote town of Jharkhand near Ranchi. That's where the major part of the book is set. A private space center is set up for a special Mars mission to send humans to Mars and develop colonies. But from the time the space center was set up, there were frequent sightings of crop circles and mutilated bodies of villagers.

The Other timeline is set up in Egypt and its capital Thebes, going back to the time of Pharaohs when Amenhotep III was ruling over Egypt to the time his son Akhanaten's Ruling Period to the time when Akhenaten's son 'Tutankhaten' was made the king. Here the center of the story is 'Akhenaten' - the rebel king who changed Egypt's religious culture during his Regime from worshipping 'Amun' to 'Aten' God.

But it's interesting to read how both stories link together and how the story goes. The part about Greek mythology was my favorite because rarely any of us would have heard about this part of the story. I had read a book a few weeks back about the same 18th Dynasty of Pharaohs but after reading this book I realized it might hold some facts from history.

I loved the way how the story ended where no one was the villain; everyone was working on some goals with no evil intentions. Normally in every story, we have some villain and some hero, but here it ended beautifully. The author also added a touch of romantic love that was beyond words. I would love to explain it here but I won't give any spoilers here. But these both are the highlights of the book for me.

If I talk about the scientific part of the story - the author has explained all the scientific terms and concepts quite clearly and concisely, whether it's physics concepts, medical science concepts, or space theories. I wasn't expecting a better explanation than this. Which again raised so many questions inside my curious mind. And it also made me aware of the few scientific discoveries that our scientists have already made.

What sets this book apart is its seamless intertwining of disparate threads, seamlessly connecting Greek mythology, historical events, and speculative science fiction. Dr. Razi's meticulous research shines through in his lucid explanations of scientific concepts, bridging the gap between fiction and reality. The fusion of historical facts with speculative fiction creates a compelling narrative that leaves readers enthralled and eager for more.

Throughout my reading journey, I had the privilege of engaging with the author, who generously shared insights into history and science, enriching my experience further. His dedication to separating fact from fiction underscores the credibility of the narrative.

In conclusion, "The Mars Conspiracy" is a captivating blend of history, conspiracy theories, and suspenseful thrills, perfect for readers craving a riveting escapade into the unknown. With a sequel in the works, this book promises even more intrigue and excitement on the horizon.
